Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to IEEE double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. IEEE guidelines are available at Paper Submission Webpage.
Step 4 – Registration
Send scanned copy of your completed registration form, along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments.
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. You can avail the discount for group registration.

INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS of International Conference on Business Management and Humanities (ICBEMH – 2026).
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.INSTRUCTIONS for VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS

How to be a Live Video presenter?
You are required to submit a Abstract/Full Paper which will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process for the Abstract Acceptance. Upon the confirmation to the Conference, a test run will be conducted by the organizing committee in close proximity to the Conference. The participant will be given guidelines on how to connect during the Conference and present. After the Presentation and Conference Conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference, Certificate of Presentation, and Proceedings. Your conference documents will be sent to your address after the conference.

- Laptop with headset/ Desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset
- Updated Chrome Browser
- Virus Protections are needed to be paused/disabled before the start, if not will block the webcam.
- Bright and calm environment with a professional background
